Troubleshooting
Penalty shot doesn't register
Tap directly on the left/center/right target zone, not the surrounding area. The hit zones are smaller than they appear — aim for the center of each section.
Expanding Wild animation missing
On budget devices, the expansion animation may skip. The payout still calculates correctly — check the win counter, not the visual. The wild reel is applied server-side.
Goal Bonus values slow to reveal
Each football spins for 1-2 seconds before showing its multiplier. It's an intentional animation delay, not a performance issue. Wait for all 3 to reveal before checking your total.
No crowd sounds
Game audio requires user interaction first (mobile browser restriction). Tap the sound toggle in the game menu. iOS users: check that silent mode is off.
